Qwulifi.ai provides educational mortgage readiness tools including the Q Score, action plans, document management, and AI coaching. The Q Score is an estimate of mortgage readiness — it is not a credit score, loan offer, or guarantee of qualification.
You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding and to use the platform only for lawful personal mortgage preparation purposes. Lenders make independent underwriting decisions.
